Briseno claimed the 18-year-outdated then turned and went into his vehicle where by he retrieved a rifle. Legislation enforcement have been criticized above their delayed attempts to confront and end the shooter. Parents of youngsters at the university have reported police officers compelled them to hold out powerlessly outdoors the faculty as the gunman carried out his rampage inside.
