MANOR, Texas (KXAN) — A dwelling beneath development collapsed in a Manor community and a human being experienced to be rescued from the rubble, Austin-Travis County EMS claimed Monday.
Two people today endured “potentially serious” injuries, ATCEMS said, but the injuries weren’t regarded everyday living-threatening. Just one individual was taken to Seton Williamson County hospital and the other was taken to St. David’s Clinical Heart in Spherical Rock, ATCEMS stated.
The Manor Law enforcement Section reported the destruction to the residence and matters close to it instructed the region experienced substantial winds. MPD said electric power traces have been down and moveable loos were blown about about the site. MPD verified the two men and women taken to hospitals were construction staff performing on the home.
MPD claimed crews will be at the dwelling to investigate even further Tuesday.
The household is in the 14500 block of Shooter McGavin Push close to Jamie Road north of U.S. Highway 290 and just south of Manor Higher University.
ATCEMS claimed its staff and Travis County ESD No. 12 responded to the scene.
