Claudia Winkleman has revealed she only wrote her new e book simply because she was “so bad” at house-education through lockdown.
The Strictly presenter stated she turned to writing since she struggled so significantly with training her three little ones when educational institutions shut because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Her ebook – entitled Quite: Like, Existence And Eyeliner – was the consequence.
On the other hand, the 48-yr-outdated admitted on The Graham Norton Show that she by no means thought it would be printed.
“I wrote it throughout lockdown simply because I was serious at home education – I was incredibly poor,” she said.
“Six minutes into classes I would be shouting at the children. I often thought I was patient but I was awful so I went upstairs and assumed I would produce anything critical.
“Instead I wrote about melted cheese, why I have on black and how a fringe has supplied me a occupation!”
Winkleman then despatched the e book to her publisher with a take note that said in capitals: “DO NOT PUBLISH BUT THANK YOU Anyway.”

Winkleman is married to film producer Kris Thykier and has a few children – Jake, 17, Matilda, 14, and Arthur, 9.
