Person who killed Amanda Knox’s roommate freed

The only human being serving time for the murder of Amanda Knox’s roommate Meredith Kercher has been released from jail to complete his sentence with group company, according to reports.

Rudy Guede, 33, was sentenced in 2008 to 30 years in jail for killing the 21-yr-aged British exchange college student who was identified partly nude, sexually assaulted and stabbed to dying in her bed room in Italy in 2007.

Knox and her then-boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, were being also at first observed guilty of the murder — convictions inevitably overturned in 2015 after 8 years of flip-flopping decisions in the country’s courts.

That left Guede, an immigrant from the Ivory Coastline, the only human being whose conviction remained after his DNA was identified at the scene.

His law firm, Fabrizio Ballarini, reported the convicted killer will stay in an apartment in Viterbo, insisting he is “calm and socially well-integrated” after decades of good conduct.

”He will continue with his reports and will also have on his work” with the charity Caritas, the law firm instructed The Solar.

“We are pretty content with the final decision which has occur about mainly because of my client’s wish and intelligence and who did not squander his time even though in jail but place it to good use and researched tricky,” he reported.
