Texas A&M Announces 2021 Distinguished Graduate University student Award Recipients


The Graduate and Specialist Faculty and The Affiliation of Previous Pupils have identified 20 Aggies as Distinguished Graduate College students for 2021. As Distinguished Graduate Learners, every has gained one particular of Texas A&M’s greatest honors for their excellent achievements in study or instructing.

“Graduate learners greatly enhance the mental spirit of our college, contribute to our research and instructing missions, and progress scholarship in their fields of examine,” stated Karen Butler-Purry, associate provost and dean of the Texas A&M Graduate and Expert Faculty. “Thanks to The Association of Former Students’ guidance, we are ready to recognize 20 of our most exemplary graduate learners this calendar year.”

Porter S. Garner III ’79, president and CEO of The Association of Former College students praised the awardees for their contributions to college: “Year right after 12 months, graduate learners recognized with the Distinguished Graduate Pupil Award bring honor, prestige and recognition to Texas A&M by their excellence in investigation and educating,” said Garner. “Our 2021 recipients carry on this tradition of excellence and have accomplished so in the midst of an really hard calendar year.
